Corey's "Owie" week

We have had quite the eventful week, and not the good kind of eventful.

Corey and his Dad were playing around chasing each other. Corey threw a towel over his head and ran into the coffee/entertainment table and cut open his forehead. Not a pretty sight. I'm pretty sure Tony freaked out more then Corey did though.

Next was Shots. He got two shots and Tony said it was heartbreaking. After that pain was over, Tony decided to take him to Applebee's. Walking into Applebee's Corey trips and skins his top lip.

He was sure to walk around and show everyone his "owie." All 4 of them (2 shots) and had me kiss every one! Now, if kisses could heal!!

So... to say the least, this was not Corey's best week!

The Oakland Temple

After 8 wonderful years (6 being married), my husband and I decided it was time to get sealed in the temple.

I knew in my heart that some day I would go to the temple with the man of my dreams. I had always thought it would have been done sooner, rather then later. Either way when I met tony I knew we would go someday.

We have had our trials and our excuses, but finally we made it! I have always felt like something was missing, and yesterday I found it! The love of my life, Corey, would have to be our main "push." Little does he know what blessings he has brought to his mommy and daddy and just how much we love him! One day I will be able to tell him, and he'll understand just how happy we truly are.

Families can be together forever.

All I can say about that day is amazing, beautiful and worth it!
